Some amazing Wellbeing Farm Wedding Photography with Claire & Iain. What a fantastic wedding this was. How we haven’t photographed a wedding at the Wellbeing Farm before is beyond me. So when Claire and Iain booked us to photograph their wedding at this awesome venue, we were over the moon. We met Claire and Iain a month before their big day to chat about all their plans. They live in Manchester but wanted a rustic feel to their wedding day so The Wellbeing farm would be the perfect venue.
A Summer Wedding
What a glorious sunny day it was on the day of the wedding. We met Iain first on the morning of the wedding at a hotel that he was staying at nearby, before making our way to Claire who was staying at Baron’s Farm which is located right next to The Wellbeing Farm. We got some great shots of Claire and the girls then went to meet Iain again who had arrived at the wedding venue to greet the arriving guests. They had a beautiful ceremony in the main barn, lots of happy faces looked on as Claire and Iain tied the knot. After a few drinks and games on the lawn, everybody made their way back inside for food and the speeches. Iain blew everybody away when he sang a genius rendition of Oasis’s “Half the world away” to his new bride. It really was something special.
As the sun began to set we got some beautiful photographs of the newly weds alone together. Crosstown well and truly rocked the party as everyone danced well into the night.
The Wellbeing Farm
The Wellbeing Farm is located in Bolton, just like us. :) It really is a wedding venue with a difference. An actual working farm with llamas in dickie bows, donkeys in flat caps, what more could you want at a wedding? There are lots of quirky little hideaways dotted around the farm, like mini teepees and huts guests can gather in for a drink. Lots of props and games to keep the kids busy on the grass, it really does have it all. From a photographers point of view, the photo opportunities are endless. The perfect wedding venue if you are looking for something quirky and different. We cant wait to shoot here again.
