Well, wedding season is just about starting for us and what better way to get into the swing of things than with a pre-wedding shoot at Formby beach.
I have been wanting to do a shoot at Formby for quite some time now, so I put the idea across to Katie and Andy who were more than happy with the idea. None of us had ever been to Formby beach before which is a bit embarrassing, 1- its only an hour drive from us, and 2- it’s bloody beautiful! Katie and Andy picked us up in their spanking clean VW van. The camera came out of the bag soon as we hopped in.
At Formby there’s a little wooded area with lots of pine trees and some grassy sand dunes that lead to the beach. The shoot started off pretty nippy but after all the climbing we had to do we started to work up a sweat.
These two were both naturals in front of the camera, even though Andy had a bit of a nightmare with his hair blowing all over the place! :D
Katie & Andy are to be wed at Beeston Manor in a couple of week, and we will be there to capture their amazing story, cant wait!
