Oh Me Oh My Wedding Photography | Liverpool

A fantastic Oh Me Oh My wedding in the heart of Liverpool. I absolutely love a city centre wedding! Anna & Peter finally had their day and it was just perfect!

Liverpool City Centre Wedding At Oh Me Oh My

I met Anna on the morning of the wedding at home where she was getting ready with her family. I could feel the excitement as soon as I walked in. Anna and Peter’s original date was postponed due to that crazy time when we all had to cancel everything we were doing because of a pandemic that swept across the world. With life finally back on track, Anna and Peter could finally have the day they had been waiting for!

Anna and Peter tied the knot at St Peter’s church surrounded by family and friends. It was a beautiful summer day and everybody was in great spirits and ready for a good party after the ceremony.

Drinks Reception & Speeches At Oh Me Oh MY Liverpool

Everybody made their way to Oh Me Oh My in Liverpool city centre for food and drinks after a few speeches from the wedding party. The father of the bride kicked things off with a great speech, followed by Peter and his dad who was also his best man. The speeches were met with bursts of laughter from guests and Anna smiling glowingly throughout.

A Stroll To The River Mersey & Views Of The Three Graces

After the wedding breakfast, I managed to sneak Anna and Peter away for a short stroll down to the River Mersey. Anna and Peter were just bouncing off each other as we walked over to the iconic statues of The Beatles. There was a queue of tourists waiting to have a selfie with the fab 4 but they kindly let the newlyweds jump in first for a few photos of them together with the lads.

After a few relaxed portraits, we made our way back to Oh Me Oh My and up on the Roof Garden with its amazing views of The Three Graces. The Liver Building made a fantastic backdrop as I got some really natural-looking photographs of Anna and Peter having the best time together.

We were soon joined by some wedding guests on the Roof Garden who were all merry by this point and ready for a good night of partying.

Oh Me Oh My Wedding Party

Time for one of my favourite parts of a wedding, the evening party! The newlyweds had their first dance and the floor was packed not long after as they were joined by their guests to dance the night away. They certainly know how to have a good time in Liverpool!

I’m so grateful that Anna and Peter stuck with me during all the uncertainty and date changes and also so happy they finally had their day. Such a lovely couple, I wish them all the happiness in the world!

“Wow Ally, I don’t even know where to begin!! The photos are absolutely stunning – it’s like being able to relive the day over and over again! Truly will treasure them forever – thank you so much xxx”

Oh Me Oh My Wedding

I love photographing weddings at OH ME OH MY Liverpool. It is located in a beautiful building that used to be a bank in the heart of Liverpool city centre. A short walk from the River Mersey and the venue has amazing views of the city’s rooftops including the iconic Three Graces. The Roof Garden is a great spot to gather with family and friends and also great for photographs of the bride and groom with The Liver Building as an impressive backdrop.

I love shooting weddings in the city centre. Every corner you turn has a different backdrop!
