Le Petit Chateau Wedding | Northumberland

What an absolutely stunning Autumnal Le Petit Chateau Wedding in Northumberland for Toni and Danny.

We loved meeting up with Toni and Danny at their apartment in Bolton. You could tell how madly in love these two were with each other and how excited they were to be getting married at The Le Petit Chateau in Northumberland.

They wanted something different and quirky for their big day. They viewed quite a few venues but just fell in love when they stepped into Le Petit Chateau. We have photographed weddings in Northumberland before. It is a stunning part of the world so we were very excited when they booked us to shoot their wedding here.

Le Petit Chateau Wedding

Le Petit Chateau is a stunning French-inspired wedding venue in Otterburn, Northumberland. With a stunning gingerbread house set within beautiful Mediterranean gardens, it really is a perfect venue for a wedding, whatever the time of year.

From crystal chandeliers, antique furniture, a stunning marble fireplace that is set at the top of the ceremony room, and a water feature that actually sets on fire in the evening. There are also fire pits set around the gardens for those chili nights so wedding guests can snuggle around together.

Exclusive use of the venue too so you would get the whole venue for you and your guests to enjoy. There are many parts to Le Petit Chateau, the Belle Epoque ceremony room where you tie the knot, the beautiful gardens and river for a gorgeous backdrop for photographs, and the grand ballroom for food and a fantastic party after.

Natural Wedding Photography At Le Petit Chateau

I just loved photographing Toni and Danny’s wedding at Le Petit Chateau. We bumped into the bride and groom to be in the next door pub the day before the wedding. We loved chatting with them about the big day over a few beers. (just a few)

The morning of the wedding you could feel the excitement in the air. It was a beautiful Autumn day, honestly, they couldn’t of asked for better weather in late October.

Toni looked just stunning in her Juri, Enzoani blue collection wedding dress. Dan looked very dapper too in his seasonal suit. They had a beautiful ceremony in the Belle Epoque room before everyone made their way to the gardens for drinks. They had a great Caricaturist doing the rounds too with some hilarious drawings of all the guests. We got some really lovely photos of the newlyweds in front of the gingerbread house and around the grounds.

After fantastic speeches followed by delicious food, it was time to get the party started. There was so much energy on the dance floor with Toni and Danny throwing some amazing grooves out to the music and a saxophonist that played some really great tunes that took the party to another level. All the fire pits were lit for guests to sit around, wrapped in blankets eating bacon butties.

A perfect Le Petit Chateau wedding. Thank you so much to Toni & Danny for having us there to share it all with you.

Le Petit Chateau Reviews

Attended a wedding here..and what a magical place to get married. The service, the food and the staff were exemplary. The gardens are amazing and the rooms are imaginatively decorated and furnished.

Thank you to Le Petit Chateau for an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s wedding. The venue is stunning and we all loved every minute. From the apartment for bride night before to amazing rooms. The bridal suite is beautiful, as was my room number 2. I had a smaller room night before wedding and this again was lovely.

The food in William de Percy, wedding breakfast and evening food was very high standard. Vegetarian breakfast following morning was lovely, and well helped that day after feeling.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you, and always there to ensure the whole day/night went smoothly and without a hitch. The wedding event coordinator on day did a great job settling a nervous bride and groom, and ensured even the littlest flower girls were entertained. The master of ceremonies was great, great humour and just the right personality for this role, again ensuring wedding breakfast and evening went without any problems.

Not one of our guests both day or night had any complaints. If I was to pick any little fault is that we could have done with more chairs for evening, but as most were dancing the night away it wasnt a problem.

Thank you all for making my daughter and new son in law’s wedding everything they could imagine.
Kind regards
Janice Lawrence.
