Jade & Ben had a stylish Holmes Mill wedding in December last year. Everything about the day was truly amazing with so much energy throughout!

Jade and Ben’s winter wedding at Holmes Mill was nothing short of a stylish celebration. Their choice of a black and white theme set the tone for a sophisticated and cool affair that perfectly matched their personalities. From the elegant black dresses worn by the bridesmaids to the sharp black tie attire of the groomsmen, every detail was meticulously planned.

I met Jade in the morning of the wedding where she was getting ready for the big day with her bridesmaids. You could feel the excitement building as the morning went on. Luca definitely stole the show by keeping his mum’s prosecco glass topped up as she lay in the bath tub wearing her shades. Told you it was a stylish Holmes Mill wedding, even the kids played their part!

I walked into Ben’s hotel room in the Spinning Block as he was in the middle of a haircut! Not something you see every groom prep!

Jade and Ben exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends as they shared cheeky smiles. They totally owned the ceremony and not one shred of nerves were shown.

Portraits In The Engine Room

After the ceremony, the newlyweds made their grand exit under a shower of confetti. The group photos captured the fun and excitement of the day, setting the stage for some unforgettable couples shots in the Engine Room at Holmes Mill. This unique space, with its industrial charm and dramatic lighting, provided a stunning backdrop for the couple’s portraits. One of my favourite rooms in the world for couples shots!

One of the standout moments was when Jade and Ben took a break to enjoy an espresso martini together, creating some fantastic photo opportunities that perfectly captured their stylish vibe.

The speeches were another highlight of the day. Ben kicked things off with a heartfelt yet cool speech that set the mood for the rest of the evening. His two best men followed with their own entertaining anecdotes and tributes. However, it was Jade who stole the show with her showstopper speech, leaving everyone in awe. As if that wasn’t enough, the couple managed to sneak into the cinema at Holmes Mill. They shared a bag of popcorn, laughing and throwing it into the air, creating some truly unique and memorable images. It was a moment that perfectly captured their fun side and added a bit of quirky fun to the day. everyone made their way to the bowling alley at Holmes Mill for a quick game before the evening shenanigans.

Epic Party At Holmes Mill

The wedding party made their way to the side alley for fireworks. Before the party started it was time to cut the cake, or one of the 3 they had on display. Nothing says “I love you” more than your new husband planting your face into your wedding cake!

The evening celebrations were nothing short of epic. The dance floor was buzzing with energy, thanks to the incredible sounds of a percussionist and sax player who got everyone throwing shapes. The live music added a vibrant and electric atmosphere to the night, ensuring that everyone was up and dancing. Jade rocking the dance floor in her evening wedding dress and Ben wearing a sailor cap surrounded by guests and dancing the night away.
